The Air Cargo Agents Association of India (ACAAI) Northern Region Chairman Mr. Vinet K Chadha, along with ACAAI Past President & Board of Advisor Mr. Vipin Vohra, met Sardar Manjinder Singh Sirsa, Hon’ble Minister for Industries, Food & Civil Supplies, Environment, Forest & Wildlife, Government of NCT of Delhi, to discuss ACAAI’s recommendations for the development of dedicated warehousing and logistics infrastructure in the vicinity of IGI Airport under the Delhi Logistics & Warehousing Policy.
During the meeting, ACAAI highlighted the urgent need for strategically located warehousing zones and integrated logistics facilities around IGI Airport to reduce congestion, improve cargo movement, enhance operational efficiency, strengthen Delhi’s position as a global air cargo hub, and support the objectives of PM Gati Shakti and the National Logistics Policy.
The meeting reflects ACAAI’s continued commitment to collaborating with policymakers and government authorities to build a world-class logistics ecosystem that supports India’s growing trade and air cargo sector.
