On 12th August 2025, The Air Cargo Agents Association of India – ACAAI Western Region — under the leadership of our Western Region Chairman Mr. Rajen Bhatia, Hon. Secretary Mr. Shailesh Sharma, and Hon. Treasurer Mr. Farokh Hansotia — successfully organized an exclusive visit to Navi Mumbai International Airport (NMIA), an Adani Group project.

The visit provided the ACAAI Managing Committee and Board of Advisors with valuable insights into the upcoming airport’s infrastructure, with a special focus on its state-of-the-art cargo facilities. This first-hand experience offered a clear understanding of NMIA’s operational readiness, advanced technology integration, and logistics capabilities, which are set to redefine cargo handling in the region.

Looking ahead, we are pleased to share that during the upcoming ACAAI Western Region meeting on 19th August 2025, Mr. Suresh Nair Head – Cargo, NMIA, will showcase the NMIA project presentation to all members. This will be an excellent opportunity for everyone to gain deeper insights into this transformative infrastructure project.
