ACAAI's activities cover the fields of conventional air exports and air imports, import and export consolidation /breakbulk services, domestic air cargo, air courier services, multimodal transport operations and door-to-door service.
All agent-members of ACAAI are IATA-approved air cargo agents. ACAAI enjoys the unique privilege of having the only formalized forum for direct discussions with IATA : The India Cargo Agency Consultative Council (ICACC). ACAAI is a member of FIATA, the International Federation of Freight Forwarders Association and a member of FAPAA, (Federation of Asia Pacific Air Cargo Associations based at HongKong). ACAAI also interacts with CII (Confederation of Indian Industries) and ASSOCHAM (The Associated Chamber of Commerce and Industry of India)
